Through a comparative analysis with previous economic crises, key lessons are identified for the contemporary situation, emphasizing financial management, innovation, and operational adaptability. Integrated strategies are proposed in financial management, operations, digital marketing, innovation, and human resources management, highlighting the importance of digital transformation. The paper also raises essential strategic questions to guide SMEs in decision-making and strategic planning. This analysis provides a practical and strategic framework for Argentine SMEs to not only face current challenges but also to seize growth opportunities in the evolving economic environment.
