MODELO DE MADUREZ DIGITAL PARA LAS EMPRESAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN CIVIL (MMDC)

Considerando la necesidad de Transformación Digital de las empresas de Construcción Civil, este trabajo presenta un Modelo de Madurez Digital de la Construcción Civil (MMDC) elaborado a partir de la metodología DSR (Design Science Research), compuesto por cinco pasos: comprensión del problema, generación de alternativas, desarrollo de el artefacto, evaluación y conclusiones. El modelo desarrollado permitió evaluar a cinco empresas de construcción civil en las siete dimensiones consideradas: Cultura y Organización, Tecnología, Estrategia, Clientes, Innovaciones, Ecosistema y Operaciones. Como resultado, se puede identificar el nivel de madurez de cada empresa, en cada una de las siete dimensiones de análisis, según los cinco niveles de madurez definidos: M1 (no iniciada), M2 (inicial), M3 (gestionada) y M4 (integrada y interoperable). Además, el diagnóstico permitió señalar los caminos necesarios para elevar sus niveles de madurez digital.
