Abstract

This paper examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational context,
analyzing the regulations and constraints that influence its implementation to promote
sustainability. Through a case study analysis and literature review, it highlights the
opportunities presented by AI to transform learning and the ethical and practical
challenges that should be addressed. It is concluded that, despite the obstacles, AI can be
a powerful tool for achieving a more sustainable education, provided that appropriate
regulations and strategies are implemented according to alternative contexts, ensuring its
responsible use.
