This paper proposes a theoretical and practical framework for assessing the technological adaptability of organizations in the post-digital era. It analyzes the impact of disruptive technologies—such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data, and blockchain—on business models and strategies. Drawing on Kevin Kelly’s twelve technological forces, as interpreted by Hugo Pardo Kuklinski, the study highlights the need for continuous transformation (“becoming”), the growing importance of AI (“cognifying”), and the shift from ownership to access (“accessing”). The Argentine context is examined through the lens of Marcelo Elizondo’s contributions, emphasizing the urgency of investing in innovation and human capital. Based on recommendations from CORFO (Chile), the paper presents a pre-diagnosis framework built around ten key dimensions and offers practical guidelines for implementation. The conclusions stress that technological transformation must be accompanied by profound cultural and managerial changes in order to ensure organizational competitiveness and sustainability.
