UN ANÁLISIS EN LAS COMUNIDADES EN LÍNEA DE REDDIT Y DISCORD

En el escenario actual de la ciberseguridad, los grupos de discusión en línea funcionan como espacios colaborativos esenciales para el intercambio de conocimientos entre profesionales, investigadores y entusiastas. La cooperación entre los participantes y el intercambio de experiencias son fundamentales para identificar y comprender las amenazas cibernéticas, lo que permite la adopción rápida y eficaz de medidas preventivas y correctivas. En este contexto, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las principales tendencias de ciberseguridad discutidas en grupos en línea dentro de comunidades virtuales especializadas, como Reddit y Discord. La pregunta central de investigación que orientó el análisis fue: ¿Cuáles son las principales tendencias de ciberseguridad discutidas en grupos en línea? Los datos analizados consisten en publicaciones, interacciones y debates extraídos de comunidades en línea dedicadas a la ciberseguridad, que abarcan el período de 2022 a 2025 y totalizan 2.108.803 registros. Para organizar y procesar los datos, se utilizó el software IRaMuTeQ (Interface R para el Análisis Multidimensional de Textos y Cuestionarios), lo que permitió realizar análisis léxicos y análisis estadísticos multivariados del corpus. Posteriormente, se utilizó la herramienta QualiGPT para profundizar e interpretar los resultados asociados a las clases temáticas identificadas. Los hallazgos contribuyen al debate en curso sobre las tendencias de la ciberseguridad, al ofrecer nuevos aportes sobre los desafíos, las prácticas y los impactos presentes en entornos virtuales especializados. Los análisis indican que estos espacios funcionan como entornos de aprendizaje colaborativo y desarrollo profesional. Las discusiones variaron desde prácticas de defensa digital hasta planes de carrera, destacando la estrecha integración entre la teoría y la práctica en el campo de la ciberseguridad.
